Sign up
- Open the signup screen in the app (the same as “Start free” at the top right of the website).
- Enter your email address and a password (at least 10 characters).
- Your 7-day free trial starts the moment you sign up. Every feature is available, and you don’t need to register a credit card.
After signing up, go straight on to adding a site.
What to check during the free trial
Checking at least these three things during the trial makes the decision easier.
- The day after you install the tracking tag, do the daily breakdowns and improvement cards appear?
- After connecting order data, do revenue and AOV match the numbers in your store admin? (Differences in how things are counted are collected in When numbers don’t match.)
- Can you reproduce the figure on an improvement card by multiplying the numbers on screen? (Reading the amounts)
When the trial ends
When the trial period ends, a “Please choose a plan” notice appears at the top of the dashboard. Tracking does not stop. Choose a plan and you pick up right where you left off. Plans differ only in the monthly session allowance; there are no feature differences (Plans and session allowances).
If you forget your password
Use “Forgot your password?” on the login screen to send a reset link to the email address you registered with. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Language
The app’s display language is set automatically from your browser language (Japanese or English). You can switch it at any time from the account menu at the top right → “Language”. The display currency doesn’t depend on the language; it is detected automatically per site from purchase events.
