- Every plan has the same features. The only difference is the monthly session allowance.
- Unlimited sites. The allowance is counted as the total across all your sites.
- Customers in Japan are billed in JPY (¥4,980 / ¥9,800 / ¥19,800 / ¥39,800 per month; ¥49,800 / ¥98,000 / ¥198,000 / ¥398,000 per year). The currency can’t be changed after you subscribe.
- If you sign up directly on our website, payments are handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record), which manages billing and taxes. If you add the app from an app store, billing is consolidated into that app store’s invoice (see the table below).

Differences between sign-up routes
Price levels and features are the same on every route. Only the payment flow differs, and this table is the authoritative description of each route (Section 3 of our Terms and our legal notice refer to it).

We keep adding supported carts. Whatever appears on the “Add site” screen in the app is what you can use today.
A rough guide to sessions
A “session” is a visit to the site (a gap of 30 minutes starts a new session). It’s not page views. As a rough guide:
- If a store sees 3 to 5 pages per visit, 100,000 sessions a month ≈ 300,000 to 500,000 page views a month.
- The “sessions” or “visits” figure in the analytics tool you use now maps across almost directly.
Open “Billing & plan” during the free trial and you’ll see this month’s session count. Looking at that before you choose is the surest way.
When you go over your allowance
- There are no overage charges and no automatic plan changes. Even in a month where you go over temporarily because of a sale, your service is never cut off.
- When you go over, a “Consider a higher plan” notice appears at the top of the dashboard.
- Only if you exceed twice your allowance for two consecutive months do we temporarily limit dashboard viewing and ask you to review your plan. Tracking and data imports don’t stop. Upgrading lifts the limit immediately, and it lifts automatically if you return within your allowance the following month.
Changing plans
You can change at any time from Account menu → Billing & plan.
- Upgrade: the difference is charged immediately and the new allowance applies right away.
- Downgrade: the new price applies from your next renewal date.
- Switching to yearly billing is done from the same screen.
Free trial
Try every feature for 7 days with no credit card. If you choose a plan under “Billing & plan” during the trial, billing on that plan starts when the trial ends. If you don’t choose one, a notice appears at the top after the trial ends, but tracking doesn’t stop.
⚠ If you added the app from the Colorme Shop App Store, there is no free trial. It is usage-based, so billing starts in the month you add the app.
If you added the app from the Colorme Shop App Store
How the price is decided (sessions, no feature differences, unlimited sites) is the same as above, but the payment flow differs.
- Billing is consolidated into your Colorme Shop invoice. You do not pay us directly.
- There is no plan to pick. The amount is decided automatically from that month’s sessions.
- We close each calendar month and bill the closed month once, the following month. The current month is never billed.
- If you remove the app, the closed month is still billed the following month.
- Above the top row you stay at ¥39,800 per month. There is no overage charge.
