Usage, billing, cancellation & refunds
Free trial: You are not charged during the 7-day free trial (no card required).
Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the current period, and you are not billed after the next renewal date.
Plan changes: Change plans anytime — upgrades are prorated immediately, downgrades apply from your next renewal.
Going over your allowance: Going over never triggers overage charges or an automatic plan change, and a temporary spike — a sale or a campaign — will not cut off your access.
Sustained overage: Only if you exceed twice your allowance for two consecutive months do we limit the dashboard and ask you to review your plan; changing plans lifts the limit immediately.
Currency: International customers can subscribe in USD (the currency cannot be changed after you subscribe).
Payments: Handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record), which manages billing and taxes.
Refunds: Given the nature of a digital service, we generally do not offer pro-rated refunds (except where required by law).
